Maintenance Methods of Shot Blasting Machine for Steel Pipe Inner Wall

There are maintenance methods of shot blasting machine of steel pipe inner wall:
 
1.Check the connection of the system regularly. Ensure the tightness of hydraulic piping system. If there is air leakage, it should be maintained timely.(Once a month)

2. Regularly check the performance of spray gun, sandpipe and other wearing parts of the pipe wall shot peening machine. If there are damaged, it should be replaced promptly. (Once a week) 
  
3. Also, check and replace the filter performance of cleaner promptly. (Once half a year)

4. Chain, chain wheel and electrical machinery should be lubricated once a month.

5. Regularly open the electrical control cabinet and use compressed air to clean the dust. (Once a month)

6. If there is a breakdown, keep the scene untouched and report to related department.

7. Be careful during the running process of the pipe wall shot peening machine.
