Problems and Solutions While Using 3-Axis Robots

The alarm warns no matter if the 3-axis robots successfully sucked the product or not, what's the reasons and solutions?
Reason 1: Somewhere is leak air, the negative pressure is not set correctly. (Most Likely)
Solution: Check all the air sources which come out from the electromagnetic valve, include connectors, suckers, metal jigs, to see if there is air leakage. Please also check if the suckers' position is suitable for sucking products.
Reason 2: Negative pressure switch or detection switch is broken.
Solution: Check if the negative pressure switch and detection switch are working. Twist the sucking functional air pipes, then check if negative pressure gauge and detection switch are working.
Reason 3: Wires are broken.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check if the suck-detection wire is conductive or it's voltage is 0V.
Reason 4: The system is broken. (Least likely)
