Be Careful While You Need to Repair Swing Arm Robots

1. Please turn off the power before check or repair the injection machine.
2. Please turn off the power before check or repair the injection machine and swing arm robots. Please also exhaust the remaining air before repairing the robot.
3. Users can only repair problems about: Proximity switch abnormal, Reed switch abnormal, suck and jig signal abnormal, electromagnetic valve abnormal. Other problems should be repaired by professional persons.
4. Do not replace or change the original components of the swing arm robots casually.
5. Please be careful while adjust or change the mold, avoid to hit by the swing arm robot.
6. After finished the repair, please stay away from the robot working area before turn on the swing arm robot.
7. Please make sure the air is exhausted and power turned of while repairing the swing arm robot.
