A Common Problem and Solutions When Using 3 Axis Robots

The alarm warns regardless of whether the 3 axis robot successfully pulls the product or not. What are the reasons and solutions?
Reason 1: There is air leakage somewhere and the negative pressure is not set correctly (most likely).
Solution: Check all air sources from the electromagnetic valve, including connectors, suction units, metal jigs, to see if there is air leakage. Also, check if the position of suction units is suitable for pulling products.
Reason 2: Negative pressure switch or detection switch is broken.
Solution: Check if the negative pressure switch and the detection switch are working. Then twist the air extraction pipes, and check if negative pressure switch and detection switch are working properly.
Reason 3: Wires are broken.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check if the suction-detection wire is conductive or the voltage is 0V.
Reason 4: The system crashes (least likely).
