Plastic mold is a kind of combined mold for compression molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and low foaming molding. It mainly includes a female die with variable cavity composed of a female die combination substrate, a female die subassembly and a female die combination clamp plate, and a male die with variable core composed of a male die combination substrate, a male die subassembly, a male die combination clamp plate, a cavity cutting component and a side section combination plate. Coordinated variation of male and female die and auxiliary forming system can process series plastic parts with different shapes and sizes.
All kinds of tools and products used in our daily production and daily life, ranging from the base of machine tools and the shell of machine body to a screw, button and the shells of various household appliances, are all closely related to molds. The shape of the die determines the shape of these products, and the machining quality and precision also determine the quality of these products. Due to different materials, appearances, specifications and uses of various products, dies are divided into non-plastic dies such as forging dies, casting dies, die-casting dies and stamping dies, as well as plastic molds.
