Outer wall construction process: pipes rust removal → primer → first coating → second coating → wrapping glass fiber cloth → finish coating → finish coating;
Inner wall construction process: pipes rust removal → primer → first coating → second coating → third coating
1. Pipes rust removal
The grease, ash, rust and iron oxide before priming must be cleaned on the surface of the pipes. The quality standard of sand blasting rust removal reaches Sa2.5 level.
2. Primer should be applied after removing rust on the surface of the pipe. The time interval should not exceed 8 hours. The primer should be even and full. It should not be coagulated or blistered. The primer should not be brushed within the range of 150~250mm at both ends of the pipe.
3. After primer dry, brush first coat and wrap glass cloth, primer and the first coat brushing time interval are not more than 24 hours.
