1. 3PE anticorrosion steel pipes
The three-layer PE anti-corrosion of pipeline refers to the integration of the first layer of epoxy powder, the second layer of adhesive and the third layer of polyethylene. An excellent anti-corrosion layer can be formed with the solid combination of steel pipes.
2. 2PE anticorrosive steel pipes
As the name suggests, there are only two layers.
The first layer is adhesive, and the second layer is polyethylene. Both of them are combined with the steel pipe to form an anticorrosive layer.
3. Single PE anticorrosive steel pipes
Single layer PE anticorrosive steel pipe is a kind of steel pipe which is made of polyethylene and heated steel pipe by spray coating process.
4. Epoxy coal asphalt anticorrosive steel pipes
The epoxy coal pitch anticorrosive steel pipe is made up of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, antirust pigment, additives and modified amine, which is combined with steel pipe to form anticorrosive steel pipe.
5. Coated anticorrosive steel pipes
Coated anticorrosive steel pipe is made of high-density polyethylene material wrapped on the outer surface of the steel pipe, which has extremely high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Classifications of steel pipes of anticorrosive inner wall
1. Liquid epoxy coating IPN8710 anticorrosive steel pipes
This kind of steel pipe is made of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, high quality pigments, additives, and solvents which are anticorrosive layers. This technology is specially used for anti-corrosion of the surface of equipment, water transmission, distribution pipelines and drinking water tanks that are in contact with food and drinking water.
2. Fusion of epoxy powder anticorrosive steel pipes
