According to the production process, square tubes are divided into hot rolling seamless square tubes, cold drawn seamless square tubes, extruded seamless square tubes and welded square tubes.
As for the welded square pipe, it is divided into the following pipes:
(a) According to the process, they are arc welding square pipes, resistance welding square pipes (high frequency, low frequency), gas welding square pipes and furnace welding square pipes.
(b) According to the weld seam, they are longitudinal welded square pipes and spiral welded square pipes.
2. Material classifications
According to the material, the square pipe is divided into ordinary carbon steel square pipes and low alloy square pipes. The ordinary carbon steel is divided into Q195, Q215, Q235, SS400, 20# steel, 45# steel, etc. The low alloy steel is divided into Q345, 16Mn, Q390, St52-3, etc.
