The anti-corrosion of spiral steel pipes refers to the steel pipe which can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion phenomenon of chemical or electrochemical reaction in the process of transportation and use. According to China's statistics, the direct economic loss of the corrosion of steel pipes in China is more than 280 billion dollars per year. 1. Classifications by the manufacturing process

It is composed of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, high quality pigments, additives and solvents. It is specially used in the corrosion of food, drinking water and other contact equipment, water transmission and distribution pipelines and the surface of drinking water tanks.
C. Performance
The paint is a grafting interpenetrating polymer network. It polymerizes at room temperature. These networks can complement each other. They each have a collaborative effect. The coating is non-toxic. The viscosity is low. It is a kind of new type of anticorrosive coating with strong adhesion, high strength, impact resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance and weather resistance. It is a new type of anti-corrosive coating. The request for the rust removal of the paint on the surface of steel structure is not high. The operating temperature can be in the range of -20 ~ 120℃.
