Russia expects that Europe will need to import an additional 100 billion cubic meters of Russian natural gas by 2030, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Friday.
"We are expecting by 2030, due to decrease in own production and additional necessity, it will be needed for Europe to import about 100 billion cubic meters of gas," Novak told reporters after talks with European Commission Vice-President for Energy Union Maros Sefcovic.
