According to 2019 Chinese Government Work Report, our government will deepen the VAT (value-added tax) reform, reducing the current rate of 16 percent in manufacturing and other industries to 13 percent, and lowering the rate in the transportation, construction, and other industries from 10 to 9 percent. Obviously, once the above policy is implemented, the export cost will increase. We strongly suggest our valued customers place an order before the policy is implemented if customers plan to purchase recently.
