Doing These after Swimming Ashore Will Make You Feel Better!

Before, we shared with you a lot of points for attention before and during swimming. In fact, after swimming ashore, there are many noteworthy points. If you don't pay much attention after swimming, it is very likely that exercises before will be done in vain or fail to achieve the expected results.

Relaxing after swimming
Lower leg:
Bend over and support the body with both arms and one leg, then bend the other leg in front of the body to relax. Focus on the toe of the supporting foot and push the heel backwards and downwards to feel the muscles at the back of the lower leg tightened, keeping the tension for 10 seconds and then relaxing, repeating 3 times, and then changing the other leg for 3 times.

Relax the inner thigh:
Keep sitting posture and keep your feet close to the soles of your feet. Support your knees outward and approach the ground as close as possible. Grab your ankles with both hands, and keep your body as low as possible. Keep such posture for 10 seconds, then relax and repeat it 3 times.

Relax the back of the thigh:
Lie on your back and lift one leg, then try to pull it to the chest. In the meantime, keep the other leg straight and close to the ground. Lie flat on the upper body as far as possible and keep it for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat it 3 times and then change your legs to continue.

Relax your shoulders:
Hold your hands and fingers across your head, palms up, and arms up and back for 15 seconds.

Carefully cleaning
After swimming ashore, you must carefully clean your body, sweat, saliva, disinfectant and residual bacteria... These are indispensable even for swimming pools with clean surfaces. Cleaning after swimming doesn't mean a simple shower, but a careful cleaning of hair, eyes, mouth, nose and other parts of your body, which can be done several times. Eye drops can be used, and hair can be maintained with moisturizing conditioner.

Drinking plenty of water and eating moderately
When swimming in the water, the human body often can't feel sweating. In fact, whether swimming indoors or outdoors, the human body will sweat a lot. You can look at this set of test data first: a person of about 70kg will lose 325ml of body fluid every 1000 meters. Every 1.5 hours of exercise, the human body loses more than 2000ml of water. Besides, when swimming, we breathe with our mouths, which reduces saliva secretion and makes the oral cavity dry. So don't forget to drink plenty of water after swimming to supplement the lost water.

At the same time, avoid eating and drinking after swimming ashore, but don't go on an excessive diet. The basic principle is to give priority to proper electrolytes and moderate calorie food and a small amount of high calorie food is permitted. Eat until you are 70 percent full.

These are some precautions after swimming ashore. It is suggested that we should pay more attention and develop good habits in usual.
