Trouble Shooting of Common Failure of Baby Diaper Machines

A.Synchronous wheels loose; Synchronous belts fall off.
Check: synchronous wheel taper sleeve, synchronous belt.
Solution: Align and fix synchronous wheel taper sleeve, synchronous belt.

B.Synchronous wheel is not fixed, synchronous belt fracture.
Check: synchronous wheel taper sleeve, synchronous belt.
Solution: Make replacement of synchronous wheel taper sleeve, synchronous belt.

C.Transmission shaft fracture, coupling loose or damage.
Check: driving shaft, coupling.
Solutions: Replacement of axis, coupling or align and tighten coupling.
