What conditons are required for the management of containers as special equipment?
The "Regulations for the Safety Technical Supervision of Fixed Pressure Vessels" stipulate that vessels with the following three conditions are managed as special equipment:
1. The maximum working pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1MPa;
2. The product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa•L.
3. The medium is gas, liquefied gas and liquid with a maximum temperature higher than or equal to its standard boiling point.
