We just finished manufacturing some DBB valves to one of our clients in Europe. Valves in Duplex Stainless Steel are in accordance with NORSOK standard M-630. Macroscopical metallography, micrographic method for determining area content of the α-phase in stainless steel, corrosion tests and others should be done as per NORSOK standard M-630.

Anti blow-out proof stem, anti static device, fire safe design
Valve design: EEMUA 182
End connection: RF/RTJ flange as per ASME B16.5
F.NPT as per ASME B1.20.1
Face to face dimension as per manufacturer’s std
Body: ASTM A182 F55
Stem: S32760
Seat/ball: S32760 + TCC
NACE MR0175
Same with above, but body material in ASTM A182 F55
