We finished and delivered some ball valves with special requirements to one of our major customers in EN. Details are as follows:
Product description:
API 6D Ball valve with gearbox HW series.
Extended bonnet, energized seat, metal to metal.
Trunnion mounted, 3-pc body, side entry, full bore.
Anti blow-out proof shaft, venting and drain plug.
Fire Safe design: API 6FA.
End connection: RF flange ends.
Face to face dimension: ASME B16.10.
Testing & Inspection: API 598, leakage A.
Medium: Steam.
Working temperature max. +420°C.
Working pressure max. 39 bar.
Body/ Bonnet: ASTM A182 F5.
Shaft: A479 XM - 19.
Ball / Seats: ASTM A182 F5 + STL.
Note the welding procedure on ball / seats:
The net thickness of hot spray coating stellite (6# / 12#): min. 150 µm.
Item 1) 3PCS, 6 Inch, 150 LB.
Item 2) 2PCS, 6 Inch, 300 LB.
